The beautiful and spacious “Villa Era” is located in the urbanization El Roque next to El Cotillo, Fuerteventura, and it is the perfect accommodation for families or big groups that want to spend their holidays together. The house can be rented as a whole or separately, as it is normally divided into 2 separate houses (Villa Era 1 and Villa Era 2) which can be combined by just opening a door. In total, Villa Era consists of 2 living rooms (with one sofa bed each), two fully-equipped kitchens with dishwashers, 5 bedrooms (3 with a queensize bed, 2 with 2 single beds each), as well as 4 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 14 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, televisions, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. One of the highlights of the property is its charming outdoor area, where you will find 2 generous pools (one is heated) surrounded by sun loungers, 2 barbecues (one for each house) and a covered terrace with a dining area and a lounge area where you can relax with a glass of wine in the evening. You will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as the closest beach, Playa de los Lagos, in the village El Cotillo, which is just a 5-minute drive away (2km). For us a villa in the sun had to have the perfect west facing aspect for sunset family dinners on the terrace. It needed to be close enough to fantastic restaurants & local amenities (like mains electricity, internet, supermarket, pharmacy, kids playpark etc), rural enough for open views & tranquility, & as close as possible to the surf. Plus it needed thoughtful safety & entertainment for young children to ensure parents can relax. We’d been renting villas for years in the Canaries & had not found the perfect house so in 2012 built our own. electrically heated pool to ensure warmth even in the winter. Two master bedrooms have super kingsize beds, every mattress & all linen in the villa is the finest quality to ensure the perfect nights sleep. It’s an incredible house for a couple, a family or a group of friends to visit. We hope you can enjoy it too....
