Delicious enjoyment is on the agenda. The apartment is located 500 meters from the wide sandy beach and the wonderful promenade (paseo) of Torre Del Mar. The paved sandy strip on the beach is wonderful to make beautiful walks while enjoying a pleasant sea breeze. The apartment is located near the center in a small-scale building of only 3 floors. A car is not necessary. Shops such as Dia, Mercadona are a 5-minute walk away. In the living room, dining room, kitchen you can enjoy the beautiful bright Spanish sunlight. There is a flatscreen Hd smart TV , TV Flanders, German channels, Wifi, radio, The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave oven, a halogen hob, hood and a fridge with freezer.
