This holiday home with private pool and garden is located within walking distance (1 km) of Port Adriano and the beach of El Toro. It features an open-concept lounge with full equiped kitchen and pool view. The inside has been fully renovated in June 2017. It has four double bedrooms with air conditioning and four bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and the other one has its own bathroom next door across the corridor. One of the bathrooms has a bathtube and the others are equiped with rainfall showers. The house is 150 sqm large in a 500 sqm plot located in a residential quiet area. Pool is 30 sqm large.
