Upon entering the house, on the left there is a hallway leading to a bedroom with a single bed (90x190), an extra bed and direct access to the garage. At the end of the hallway, there is a bathroom with a large shower and sink, and just beside it, a separate toilet. From here, you arrive at the double-height living room, cozy and bright, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, television with French channels and a fireplace. The living room connects to the open-plan kitchen facing the canal, fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven, fridge, blender, toaster and ceramic hob. The dining room, located in the tower, creates a very special atmosphere with its round table, benches and seating for eight. From the living room, two large glass doors open onto the terrace and garden. Outside, a garden overlooking the canal features a saltwater pool (5x3 m), four sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a private 10-metre mooring. When you enter the house, you arrive directly in the living room dining room. Then on your left, you find the first bedroom which has two single beds next to each other (90x200) and a door leading to a private toilet in this bedroom. We have a small separate kitchen which has a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, traditional coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer. The second also has two single beds next to each other (90x200). There is a complete bathroom which has a toilet, a bathtub and a shower. In the dining room there is a rectangular table with capacity for 5 people, a dresser, a three-seater armchair, three one-seater armchairs, a small wooden TV cabinet, a flat screen TV with a decoder (Spanish channels , German and 1 or 2 French). The covered terrace just in front of the entrance to the house has a small rectangular table and 5 chairs. On the side of the house you have a small storage room where you will find the washing machine. The property has a plot of 500m2 with a mooring available to tenants of 12.5 m. This house overlooking the pool and facing East, is located in the residential complex "Gran Reserva", with interior passages, plants and flowers, gardens and swimming pools surrounded by lawns. In addition to the various pools, this house has an exclusive pool for the 18 private homes with direct and unlimited access from the terrace. On entering the house you will find a toilet, then you will find an air-conditioned dining room in front, an American kitchen on your right. It has a terrace with stairs that go directly down to the community garden with pool. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All bedrooms have double beds. The last one, which is the largest, has a double bed, a private bathroom and is air-conditioned. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
