Casa Bonita is situated in the north of the Costa Brava in Roses – Mas Fumats. The house lies in a very quite street with no traffic. As it lies against a hill, the entrance is on the level of the first floor. The first floor has about 100 square metres, consisting of fully equipped kitchen, cosy dining- and living room , large terrace with lovely view over the bay, a bathroom, 2 double-bedrooms and a [hidden] house is equipped with a split-type air conditioning unit installed in the living room.
