The villa is distributed entirely on a single floor of approximately 119m2, with no stairs and direct access to the swimming pool, with stairs only to access from the external parking. The lounge is spacious, welcoming and bright from where you will be able to enjoy wonderful views of Roses Bay. The open-plan kitchen with bar has all the necessary appliances for the comfort of your holiday, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils (coffee maker, toaster, kettle,…), pantry It has 2 double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and another with a bathtub.
