Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private furnished balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine on warm summer evenings. Due to its central location, shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets can be easily reached on foot in less than 3 minutes. Playa El Médano beach awaits your visit a 5-minute walk away (400 m) where you can unwind on the soft sand and absorb the summer sun and the pier of El Médano is a 7-minute walk away (600 m).
