As, in Medano, we have year long sunshine and average 24C temperatures we have dedicated much thought and pleasure into making the outdoor area (190m2) comfortable and elegant, providing 3 distinct outdoor zones, the pool area with loungers and multi position chairs, with space for kids to play, a beautiful chill out area to the front of the house facing sun-set; also to the front an eating area with BBQ and on the 1st floor, adjoining the master suite, a large private sun terrace with loungers looking out over the ocean. Neighboured by bungalows the pool at Las Rosas is completely private, as is the sun terrace off the master bedroom. Parking is not a problem. There is a good wifi signal throughout the villa, including the terrace off the master bedroom...
