Our ground floor flat is situated in a quiet location in the popular Albir area of Alfaz del Pi, but not far from the village (1 km.) and the beach (1,4 km.) The house is part of a quiet complex 'La Loma'. It was built in 1977 and still retains the typical Spanish atmosphere of yesteryear. The house was renovated in 2018. For example, a completely new kitchen has been installed, and 3 air conditioners COLD/HOT have been installed in the living room and bedrooms. The house consists of 2 bedrooms: 1 large with double bed and 1 small with bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower and living room with open kitchen. In the living room there are two comfortable armchairs and a 2,5 seater sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs.
