Overlooking the sea, the 112 m² vacation apartment Fuengirola Hills with Seaview impresses guests with its fantastic views. The holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a DVD player and a TV. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a high chair are also available. The vacation apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, garden furniture, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool and a children's pool, is also available for your use. The pool is closed between November 1st and April 1st. The apartment is just a 1 to 5 minute (68 m to 1.5 km) drive from a restaurant, a cafe, a bar, and a supermarket. Scenic Playa de Torreblanca beach is a 6 minute (2.1 km) drive from the apartment. This fantastic terraced house is a perfect holiday home for families, who want to relax and enjoy holiday in a tranquil and secure urbanization, though very close to all amenities, attractions and city life and only 1 kilometer from the famous 7 km long beach promenade in Fuengirola. The views over the Mediterranean Ocean, mountains and green areas are stunning. The 107m2 house is in two levels: The ground floor has a charming small front garden with entrance, which leads you directly into the bright living /dining room with cozy fireplace, and associated large open kitchen and access to two terraces. One is covered and serves most of all as an extra living room, ideally suited for the slightly cooler winter evenings, while the other is open and offers a painting-like view with Africa in the horizon on the other side of the Mediterranean Sea. On the same floor there is a small guest toilet, and the staircase to the first floor.
