Finca Liarte is a rural tourism complex with five independent houses fully equipped and with all the comforts. It is an ideal place to spend a few days with family or friends and enjoy the heated pool, jacuzzi, playground, soccer field, animal farm, table football, table tennis, trampoline and more. .. It is located south of the Region of Murcia, 5 km from the town of Las Palas. It is a farm surrounded by fields of almond trees and mountains covered with pine trees, and very close to the beaches of Mazarrón. What stands out most in our rural accommodation is the complete range of activities for children and adults, without having to leave the farm you can ride donkey, jump on the trampoline, play football, swim in the pool, play football or table tennis or take a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi. Los Canovas is a traditional small Spanish village with a bar which serves lunches and tapas, 2 small grocery stores where you can get everyday essentials and another shop which sells a variety of items including clothes and accessories. There are several play parks for children to enjoy and plenty of opportunities to go walking. Everywhere in Los Canovas is easily walkable. To get further afield, a car is pretty much essential, although there is a bus stop in the village. This fabulous villa is based in the tranquil golf resort of Hacienda del Alamo, which has been voted as one of the best golf resorts in Southern Spain. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, with 3 double bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms (3 showers, 1 bath), with its’ own spacious garden that offers both shade and sun all day. There's plenty of room for children to run around in the garden, or they can have a swing under the shade of the willow tree or maybe play Table Tennis on the new outdoor table! Guests can choose to eat indoors or al fresco on the patio, or perhaps enjoy a Gin and Tonic whilst sitting on the veranda on the first floor overlooking one of the three large pools available to use. The pool is communal, but is only shared with a handful of villas, but my family are usually the only users of the pool when we visit. There are 2 other pools you can use. The 2nd pool is 30 seconds walk from the first! If you don’t fancy sunbathing in the garden on the sun loungers, you can laze on the lawn by the pool. Our guests are provided with bed linen and bathroom towels and have access to English & Spanish cable TV, DVD, fast cable wifi and has allocated parking.
