There is a separate family bathroom and open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. The spacious lounge area has a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and an accent chair. The townhouse is slightly North East facing with 3 separate terraces, ground floor equipped for outside dinning, the 1st floor has a luxurious patio set and the 2nd floor is a roof terrace. All three terraces have a view over the 6th hole of the golf course with the upper floors extending that view to the 7th hole.
