Fantastic Andalusian-style villa with pool and sea views Casa Miratlantico is a stunning villa built around a patio. It has been completely refurbished and offers all the comforts of a luxury villa. The house faces southwest and has sea views from the upper terrace and studio. The partly covered patio with a protected BBQ area forms the centre of the villa. Between the patio and the garden there is a luminous living area (50 m²) with large dining table, sitting area with sofa and a modern, open plan kitchen which is fully equipped. Thanks to the floor to ceiling windows this area seems to form one large unit with the patio and the garden. There is a terrace along the entire width of the house which ends in a covered terrace protected from the wind. The garden with its mature palm trees and 9 x 4 m pool is truly beautiful. There are three en suite bedrooms on the ground floor, all of which can be accessed by the patio. The biggest bedroom opens onto the terrace as well as the patio and has two single beds (90 cm wide) which may be joined into a double with a zipper. It is equipped with aire conditioning. The lush vegetation below (it’s a special garden) and the palms and araucarias that frame your view of the sea and the perfect lines of Atlantic surf queuing to break on the sand just a short walk away are perhaps more akin to a section of the Costa Rican coast. But refocusing on your immediate surrounds, the Moroccan pots and Andalus tiles, possibly a glass of fino on the table, will quickly remind you that you can of course be nowhere other than this magical corner of Spain, from which the North African coast is no more than a stone's throw In true moorish tradition, Los Sentidos is full of surprises and a delight for the senses. From the road you see nothing, but the old Moroccan frontgate gives a hint of things to come. Modern and old contrast and complement throughout the house: the woodwork, the furniture, the tiles. Terraces on every level and in every corner provide spots for relaxing in the sun or shade.
