Villa Estrella is a spacious, luxurious and private villa set in an old orchard on the edge of the pretty, hilltop village of Gaucin. Its large terrace has an 11 metre infinity pool and outdoor jacuzzi with views up to 125 miles (200km) into Morocco. One guest described the villa as "simply exceptional, with views that will not be bettered anywhere in Spain." It is equipped to a very high standard and is a perfect place for peaceful, relaxing family-and-friends gatherings at all times of the year. It is a new villa and is neighbour to Villa Djebel Musa that we also manage (which has 90 x 5-Star reviews). Gaucin is 600 metres (2000 ft) above sea level and the villa has open views of the wild, rolling countryside of the Genal River valley to the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and North Africa. Its hilltop position and altitude moderates the temperature during the summer making it more pleasant compared to the coast or inland-Spain. The centre of Gaucin is only 5 minutes walk and has several tapas, three fine-dining restaurants and grocery shops. The pool is 12m x 4m with an infinity edge facing south and west.
