The estate features two separate dwellings that only share a parking area and are positioned to ensure privacy on their respective terraces. The Bungalow Lagar, measuring 40 m2, faces the coast and is a spacious studio with sea views and a terrace overlooking the vineyard and the mountain, perfect for enjoying long hours of rest and relaxation. There is also an outdoor barbecue area exclusively for the use of this house.
