The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchenette and a bar with stools that make up the dining area, bathroom / shower, a sofa, chest of drawers, satellite TV, Wifi and radio / CD. Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a wardrobe. It is reached by an open staircase, so it is not recommended for small children. Among our facilities we highlight our small pool area with outdoor shower and a laundry room with washing machines, iron and cleaning products. The plot of more than 1.000 m2 consists of spacious terraces with barbecue area and a large garden with lawn and tropical flowers that bloom all year round. The access is through a small street with very little traffic, so the tranquility is absolute. From the parking area and the huge terrace with recreational and barbecue area there is access to two completely separate dwellings. They communicate through a door on the terrace, making it ideal for sharing between friends or two families with children, as you can enjoy moments of privacy, both inside the houses, as well as in the two spacious outdoor areas. Both houses preserve the old Canarian rustic architecture with high wooden ceilings decades old and are equipped with all the comforts.
