The finca of more than 3.500 m2 with wine production is located in a spectacular setting surrounded by Canarian pine trees. There are two separate houses on the estate, which only share the parking area and are situated in such a way that each of them has its own private terraces. The Bungalow Lagar, of 40 m2, is situated towards the coast and is a spacious studio with sea view and a terrace towards the vineyard and the mountain, where you can enjoy long hours of rest and relaxation. There is also a barbecue area outside, which is for the exclusive enjoyment of the house. The house is studio style and has a dining area with a large window overlooking the sea and the coast, two comfortable armchairs to rest and a bedroom area with a double bed. The kitchen is new and fully equipped and is also integrated in the open space. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a shower. It is a perfect accommodation to enjoy nature and disconnect from everyday life in a natural environment, surrounded by Canarian pines and bordering the forest.
