This exclusive modern villa is located in the Spanish village of Isla Plana. In the high season, it gets very lively, but still retains the advantage of not being overcrowded. Although a small village, Isla Plana is very well served with a supermarket, ATM, tobacconist, fishmonger, kiosk, hardware store, veterinarian, bakery, bank, small clinic, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. All these amenities and the nearest beach from the villa are 15 and 8 minutes' walking distance respectively. In addition, large sandy beaches are to be found in Puerto Mazarron less than a 10-minute drive away. The villa has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor (one of them ensuite) and on the first floor a self-contained apartment with a double bedroom. Outdoors you will find the south-east-facing garden, the private pool with an outdoor shower and toilet, and a BBQ pit.
