This exclusive modern villa is located in the Spanish village of Isla Plana. In the high season, it gets very lively, but still retains the advantage of not being overcrowded. Although a small village, Isla Plana is very well served with a supermarket, ATM, tobacconist, fishmonger, kiosk, hardware store, veterinarian, bakery, bank, small clinic, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. All these amenities and the nearest beach from the villa are 15 and 8 minutes' walking distance respectively. In addition, large sandy beaches are to be found in Puerto Mazarron less than a 10-minute drive away. The villa has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor (one of them ensuite) and on the first floor a self-contained apartment with a double bedroom. Outdoors you will find the south-east-facing garden, the private pool with an outdoor shower and toilet, and a BBQ pit. Brand new semi-detached house just a few meters from the small harbor and beach in Isla Plana village. Right around the corner you will find a restaurant, a small bakery and convenience store. 200 meters from the house you will find Isla Plana center with many restaurants, shops, grocery store etc. About 400 meters walk, by the sea, you will come to the large Isla Plana beach where you easily can enjoy yourself the whole day! On the ground floor you will find one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room/kitchen in open plan. From the living room you enter the lower terrace through sliding doors in glass. On the first floor you have another bedroom and bathroom - and a large terrace. From this second terrace you have a stair that leads to the private roof terrace - with an amazing 180 degree view over Isla Plana, Mediterranean and all the way to Puerto de Mazarrón and La Azohia. On the ground floor, by the entrance, you have an private outdoor shower that is perfect to wash off sand from the beach. Parking on the street.
