This lovely 2 bed 2 bath semi detached villa is located in a great position on the popular resort of Mojon Hills, close to the traditional village of Isla Plana. The villa is right next to a communal pool which can be seen from almost any part of the villa. This residential resort has a pretty garden around the pool, with parasols and artificial grass, and the pool is gated and secure for residents use only. The villa is fully fitted for a comfortable easy holiday for a family or any group up to six. The villa has a small sun terrace with concrete pergola over at the front, with patio set for 4 people. A small garden area around the villa, laid to easy maintenance gravel. The accommodation comprises: living area with sofa bed, TV and DVD, coffee table and TV unit, all in a modern white wood effect. French windows lead from the living area on to the small front terrace. There is a dining area with seating for 4 people, and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tall fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine will ensure that you can breakfast like a king! The archway from the living area leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The twin room has access to the main shower room, whilst the double room has it's own ensuite shower room. The villa has an open plan living area, with a sofa and chaise, ideal for lounging inside away from the heat of the sun! There is ample seating, TV and an ipod docking station to help entertain you during your stay. The dining area is just off the kitchen, with sturdy dining table and seating for 4. The kitchen has all white goods, oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. For keen cooks, the villa comes fully equipped for a self catering break, however if the mood takes you, why not wander down to the nearby village of Isla Plana with bars, cafés and restaurants. There are 2 bedrooms at the villa, a double room with en suite shower room, and a twin bedroom ideal for children. There is also a second bathroom with shower. The villa has air conditioning for the summer months in both bedrooms and living room, which also acts as heating in the cooler winter months. This exclusive modern villa is located in the Spanish village of Isla Plana. In the high season, it gets very lively, but still retains the advantage of not being overcrowded. Although a small village, Isla Plana is very well served with a supermarket, ATM, tobacconist, fishmonger, kiosk, hardware store, veterinarian, bakery, bank, small clinic, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. All these amenities and the nearest beach from the villa are 15 and 8 minutes' walking distance respectively. In addition, large sandy beaches are to be found in Puerto Mazarron less than a 10-minute drive away. The villa has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor (one of them ensuite) and on the first floor a self-contained apartment with a double bedroom. Outdoors you will find the south-east-facing garden, the private pool with an outdoor shower and toilet, and a BBQ pit. Regardless of the weather, the covered terrace offers the possibility to stay or dine outdoors at any time. From the terrace and the solarium (on the roof) the villa offers a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. The location of the garden with pool offers plenty of sun for most of the day.
