Beautiful and luxurious Villa in Islantilla, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Near beach and Islantilla Golf Resort. With private pool as well as communal pool. Islantilla is a new urbanisation located directly at the Atlantic Ocean between the villages of Isla Cristina and La Antilla. The boulevard is lined with palmtrees and enclosed between a beautiful sandy beach and a shopping area with boutiques, the necessary supermarket and farmacist, but also restaurants, cafes and a cinema. The very nice 12 km long sand beach gives you the opportunity to fully enjoy swimming and other watersports fun, like jetski and motorboats. A bit further away from the villages the beach continues hardly noticebly into dunes and pine tree forests where you can take on walking trips. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. Please note that guests must be at least 25 years old....
