The Golf Villa El Portil in Nuevo Portil was beautifully remodeled by us in October 2015 and has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, a large, high quality furnished living-dining area with fireplace, a high-quality ambience, a covered exterior dining area with 8 chairs, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and gas flame, an outdoor lounge for 8-10 people, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer cabinet, Nespresso coffee machine, ice machine), each bedroom has reversible air conditioning. On the ground floor of the main house is the large master bedroom, a bathroom en suite with bath-shower-bath, toilet and double washbasin, the kitchen, the laundry room with washing machine, the living-dining area and an additional guest toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed and also a bathroom en suite with toilet, bath-shower, double vanity. From the bedroom on the upper floor takes you to the large roof terrace (south west orientation).
