A very special location, that offers something for everybody. Enjoy the view from the mountain on the wine valley down below and the villages of Lliber and Jalon. Our Cabana is very private, and you will find a living room, kitchen, bed room, bathroom, deck and outdoor terrace. You also have your own entrance to our property. Airconditioining is available in the bedroom. The large garden (8.000 m2) and pool are shared with our guests in de Casita. The house is perfect for 2 – 4 people. Find a spot in the sun or the shade. We have a spacious property with lots of privacy for our guests. Close to the pool on a sun bed or in a far corner in a comfortable chair .. take your pick. You can be completely on your own to enjoy the peace and quiet, and if you like it you can join us for a nice evening with home cooked food combined with local wines. CASA BENDITA Casa Bendita is a spacious private villa with lovely views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. It is situated on its own plot of two acres of almond trees, a short walk from Parcent along a secluded country lane. It was built and furnished to be our family home, rather than a holiday home and therefore is larger and better equipped than many rental houses in the area. Many of our guests have returned year after year. There is a spacious living room with UK satellite TV, DVD, music player, free Wifi and a log fire and underfloor heating for cooler evenings in the winter. Patio doors open onto an outdoor dining area overlooking the large pool and valley beyond. The living room flows through to a farmhouse style kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, filtration system for drinking water, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen opens onto the main patio area as well as a shaded side patio. The villa is let with 3 bedrooms. All have shower rooms en suite, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The first double bedroom has patio doors as well as a window with lovely views of the mountain which can be seen from the bed whilst you enjoy a morning cup of tea! Las Laderas offers great holidays in tranquillity but is only 15K approx. to the beach. This modern Villa has the best of both worlds a rustic design with furnishings to match with all modern conveniences. Set out over three floors it has a master Suite on the upper floor with En-suite (shower) and build in wardrobes, a second large double bedroom and a single bedroom, again with built in wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. All three bedrooms have Air Conditioning. The middle floor (ground floor) has a large lounge with 2 large sofas along with an IPTV service that provides all TV services (Netflix, English Channels, Sport, Films, etc) over the internet, normal Wi Fi currently runs at 80 MEG.
