As its name suggests, 'Balcón de Javea' is located high up in Jávea, near the Montgó mountain, offering guests spectacular panoramic views of the Jávea coastline and the undulating countryside. Accommodating up to eight guests, the villa has a modern Mediterranean style with whitewashed walls, minimalist interior design, and an abundance of natural light. The main entrance (on the first floor) welcomes guests with an impressive aerial view of the living room from a mezzanine level with a railing. On the same floor are three of the villa's bedrooms, each with its own elegant en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and direct access to the first-floor balcony with views from sea to sky. Going down the stairs to the ground floor, the central hall is an impressive space, full of light with wide panoramic views of the outdoor terraces and beyond.
