The other great thing is that while the pool is located in the wonderfully landscaped gardens and near the villa, it is far enough away for you to sit in the conservatory and have a calm herbal tea while everyone plays water-polo. Villa Las Gaviotas is a large property with three reception rooms, an independent kitchen, four bedrooms and parking for five vehicles. It can accommodate up to eight people and there is so much space and nooks and crannies, it is easy to do just your own thing, read a book and do some work (if needs be!). Casa Joana is a deceptively large and comfortable family holiday home just 250 m from the lovely Cap Roig beach. It has front of house parking and a rear private garden with raised patio. Near the house there is access to a great communal space with toddler and adult pool set in 1,000 m of lawned gardens. The dining and the living room open onto a shaded patio while the kitchen is independent. The ground floor enjoys a large downstairs bathroom.
