It is located just 50 metres from the beach and features a large swimming pool, a barbecue area, and a shaded terrace. This villa offers the simple joy of sunshine, the sea, and an ideal location for your holiday. Just stepping out of the villa, you can find yourself on the golden sands of Cap Roig beach—one of the finest beaches in the area—in under sixty seconds. The main entrance to the villa is via an upper street where there is parking space for three vehicles. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Casa Joana is a deceptively large and comfortable family holiday home just 250 m from the lovely Cap Roig beach. It has front of house parking and a rear private garden with raised patio. Near the house there is access to a great communal space with toddler and adult pool set in 1,000 m of lawned gardens. The dining and the living room open onto a shaded patio while the kitchen is independent. The ground floor enjoys a large downstairs bathroom. On the second floor there are three large bedrooms which make it possible accommodate up to seven people. The master bedroom has its own walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed while the third has twin beds with built in wardrobes. They both share a spacious bathroom. All in all, a beautifully thought out holiday home.
