It is located just 50 metres from the beach and features a large swimming pool, a barbecue area, and a shaded terrace. This villa offers the simple joy of sunshine, the sea, and an ideal location for your holiday. Just stepping out of the villa, you can find yourself on the golden sands of Cap Roig beach—one of the finest beaches in the area—in under sixty seconds. The main entrance to the villa is via an upper street where there is parking space for three vehicles. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The other two are standard bedrooms: one with two single beds, and the other with a double bed. We have two offices in l’Ampolla to give support and information on all aspects of your holiday on the Costa Dorada; our job is to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to have the wonderful holiday you deserve. Cui Bono is a luxury villa and there is nothing in the least ordinary about this beach front property. First because it is a fusion of luxury combined with a privileged position with the smells and sounds of the Mediterranean all around. And secondly because this unique holiday rental has just been renovated with no expense spared so it provides seven bedrooms all with independent air-conditioning, of which five have private terraces that overlook the beach. There are six bathrooms, most unsuited. The bedrooms are furnished in a luxurious manner. The master bedroom has a separate dressing room and wardrobe area, a large bathroom and a king-size bed and vanity table. It has separate access to a private terrace with designated patio furniture. Finca Elenora is this fabulously decorated house surrounded by mature and exotic gardens with its own private pool in the Costa Dorada, located in the country but just a kilometer from the beaches and restaurant of L’Ampolla. This coastal village is a gourmet destination for seafood and paella. The house itself is all about open space, so the newly refurbished kitchen flows into the open plan living and dining areas with lots of nooks to curl up and read a book while someone else does the cooking! There are two bedrooms with available sleeping capacity for seven people. The main bedroom has ensuite bathroom while the large bedroom on the second floor enjoys access to the balcony and sea views.
