The huge pool and sun terrace have its own private pool house with fridge, lounge to relax, and shower room/bathroom facility. It makes being in the pool area ultra-nice and comfortable. The other great thing is that while the pool is located in the wonderfully landscaped gardens and near the villa, it is far enough away for you to sit in the conservatory and have a calm herbal tea while everyone plays water-polo. Villa Las Gaviotas is a large property with three reception rooms, an independent kitchen, four bedrooms and parking for five vehicles. It can accommodate up to eight people and there is so much space and nooks and crannies, it is easy to do just your own thing, read a book and do some work (if needs be!).
