The fantastic finca "Casa Lilo" with sea views is located on a hill above La Olla, a district of Altea on the Costa Blanca. You will experience a well-kept, almost flat garden with a large lawn, palm trees, olive tree, flowers and herbs of all kinds. The entrance to the property is large, up to 3 cars can fit into it. The large covered veranda is ideal for breakfast, you will be inspired by the wonderful view of the sea! The large wooden table is good for up to 8 people. The private salt water pool with pool shower is large and well-kept - a paradise for children too. You can sunbathe on the terrace in front of the pool, if you like, in the shade with an awning. The house has a kitchen, living room, winter garden, 2 bathrooms with shower, 3 bedrooms, one with a cot and an additional option to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. The property has an outdoor kitchen, various terraces and even a roof terrace - plenty of space to spend nice evenings. Of course, you have very modern air conditioning in all bedrooms.
