The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. The villa boasts a well-equipped private outdoor area with a pool (open from April 30 to October 15), a garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. This 3 floor house it’s fully equipped to offer a comfortable and relaxed stay. The house has two principal accesses and another one in the garage zone. By the entrance, to the left, we can see the living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a Smart TV and a dining area for 8 people. From the living room we can leave to the terrace, which has a dining area with a table for 8 and a seating area. Then, we can find the pool with a rest area equipped with 4 deckchairs, a barbecue and direct access to the beach. Coming back to the house, we can see next to the living room that there is the kitchen. Back to the entrance, in front of the door there is a bathroom with a double sink and a shower. Lastly in this floor, to the right, there is the first of the bedrooms, with a double bed, and a built-in closet. Going down the stairs next to the entrance, we get to the ground floor.
