Property Registration number CTC 2012095640 This villa is in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of La Cala and is situated only 60 metres from the beach. It sleeps 6 people plus a cot and has 2 bathrooms. The house has been recently extensively and luxuriously renovated throughout and has been our holiday home for many years. It's convenient location is perfect for couples and families alike and the facilities are all within walking distance with no necessity for the use of a car. Buses and taxis are available in the village for visits to other parts of the coast, however car hire is also available in the village for short or longer term rentals. The house has 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes with the master bedroom having access to a pretty balcony. There is a large roof top sun terrace with sun loungers, dining table and superb views to the mountains and the sea. The kitchen is well equipped with modern facilities including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave and all the necessary kitchen appliances. From the kitchen there is access to a typical Andalusian patio which makes for the perfect outdoor dining experience throughout the summer months.
