Its 100m2 flat is located next to the swimming pool, in the heart of the garden, with independent access. It has a spacious living-dining room with TV and WI-FI, and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The two bedrooms overlook the pool, terrace and garden. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. There is also a bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine. The swimming pool is salt water, approx. 4m wide and 6,5m long. The depth in the shallowest part of the pool is 1,5m and in the deepest part 2,10m.
