AN IDEAL HOUSE FOR A FAMILY STAY This house in Arenys de Mar has a private garden on one level from which we can see the sea and the port of Arenys! The location is ideal to enjoy the different areas of the garden, typical of the Mediterranean coast. This little house is located on a small hill, in a very quiet and not very busy residential area but at the same time a few meters from the center of town, the beach and the train station. Although it is not essential, we always recommend coming with your vehicle, but it is not a problem because you can park within the same property. HOUSE AND THE SPACE Comfortable and spacious, preserving the essence of a family house from the 60s. Entering from the main door we do not find the hall, to the right we find the first two bedrooms and we make our way to the large dining room and the kitchen. From the living room, we access the other two rooms. In total there are 3 bedrooms, with a double bed and the 4th room has a sofa and a small desk in case someone has to work or do homework. Kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer and appliances. A washing machine is also available. 3 double rooms with double beds. 1 desk room. All rooms have a fan and window overlooking the garden. Our house is just 40 minutes north of Barcelona and we offer an independent and detached guest house (the Casita) on our Finca. The Casita is next to our main house on a 25,000m2 plot of land making it wonderfully quiet and ideal for people who want to get away from the crowds but still be close to the beach and Barcelona. The house is next to a golf course and in an exclusive residential area with spacious villas, so neighbours are quite a distance away. It is at an altitude of about 250 metres and offers spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean. We are just minutes away from 3 golf courses, 7 minutes (by car) from the beach and direct access to natural parks for hiking and mountain biking. We are a Dutch couple and live with our 3 dogs and 2 cats, who roam freely. We speak Dutch, English, Spanish, French & German.
