The house is located on the edge of the village in a very calm and peaceful area. Out of respect for the neighbours, parties are not allowed. On the other hand, quiet family gatherings are allowed. As the house is not isolated, please avoid after 9:00 p.m. putting on music, singing or any other activity that could disturb the neighborhood. Villa Maria is a house from 1906. It has a 1500 m² garden and the house and the garden are cataloged by the town hall for their great heritage value. The house is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor are the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a wide hallway with a piano, a WC and the entrance with lots of information about activities and information about the surroundings. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 14 people and two bathrooms.
