The house is quietly located in a side street in a typical Canarian village. The sustainably run finca holiday home has an area of 45 sqm and consists of one large room. There is a flatscreen TV and a double bed, which can also be placed separately. The kitchen is integrated into the room. The dining table separates the fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, blender and lemon squeezer from the living/sleeping area. The adjoining bathroom has a WC, a walk-in shower and a washing machine. There is wooden garden furniture and a parasol on the terrace. There is a free car park in front of the property.
