The Strelitzia has a completely private entrance and its own small terrace, and a new large terrace. The apartment has a quiet location on the approximately 4. 500 sqm fenced flower oasis Finca Tenerife-Romantica in the village Lomo Roman in Puerto de la Cruz. On the well-kept finca there is a small lake with fish and water lilies. Almonds, mangoes and bananas grow on the Finca Tenerife-Romantica, and you will also find palm trees, the beautiful Strelitzia, a large Drago (dragon tree) and many other flowers. Also, the finca has several waterfalls, which are integrated into the beautiful garden landscape. There is also a heated natural stone pool, a barbeque area under trees and a gym. The Strelitzia is an apartment with a very large living and dining room with a sofa and 2 armchairs and with an integrated kitchen. The kitchen is practical and functional.
