On Finca Panoramica Vallemar, an avocado plantation just above Puerto de la Cruz, with a fantastic panoramic distant view of the sea, Puerto de la Cruz, and Teide, stands a wonderful original Canary finca house made of real natural stone. The finca house has approximately 140 sqm of built area. It has 2 bedrooms, each for 2 people, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge/dining room for up to 6 people, including a TV with over 100 German-language programs and a DVD player, as well as an outdoor lounge (winter garden) with sofas and a dining area directly opposite the new grill, so you can enjoy the great view at any time. The two main viewing sides of the outdoor lounge consist entirely of glass doors that can be completely slid over each other. On the same finca, only about two meters away from the finca house, is the Casita, a small cottage. It has a bedroom with two large beds that can be pushed together (but also separated), a wardrobe, and its own bathroom with a shower. The built area of the Casita is about 20 sqm. And of course a big TV with dozens of German, Austrian and Swiss programs. And WLAN for free with 20 megabytes of flow per second for as many devices as you have. The large panoramic glass doors to the terrace can be pushed completely over each other so that you also sit inside as if you were outdoors. The very large master bedroom has 2 extra-large double beds (100 x 200 cm) and bedside cabinets with reading lamp. In the second bedroom, the beds are separated by the wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a fixed partial grating on the outside doors, so you can sleep completely carefree even with the door open. Each bedroom has its own fully equipped bathroom with shower. On the terrace is a table with 4 chairs, and sunbeds in the garden. The stove and the oven are electrically operated. There is no gas on the entire finca. Although gas is much cheaper, but for reasons of safety of our guests is completely dispensed with the gas on the finca. The safety of our guests goes above and beyond....
