You will find 5 bedrooms: 4 doubles and 1 triple, as well as a living room and 4 bathrooms. Three double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the others share a bathroom in the hallway. The villa includes a modern, well-equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, workspace, and a private balcony with sea views. You can enjoy the large shared garden and the shared outdoor pool, as well as a private barbecue for outdoor meals. The excellent beachfront location allows direct access to the waters of the Mar Menor. On the ground floor of the property lives the maintenance staff, who have a calm dog. Their presence ensures a well-kept and discreet environment throughout your stay. Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Pets are allowed and smoking is permitted. Please note that parties and events are not allowed on the property. The villa is just a 5-minute walk from Plaza Bohemia, one of the main centers of La Manga, where you will find a pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurants for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
