Due to the villa's size, it has a large area for sunbathing, swimming, relaxing, all on one level. I have had a new pool fitted in 2020. Walls surround the whole area, so it is very secure and private, although you are very close to everything. There are two large parasols and a gazebo. All the rooms have hot and cold air-con there is three coin operated meters, one in the lounge, one operates the two double bedrooms and one operated to two twin bedrooms. Our home is built in 2016, has 3 bedrooms with each a private bathroom and has all modern facilities. The rooms are spacious, the big windows bring lots of sunlight. The pool has a seperate pool for toddlers. The house is located in a quiet residential area. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Only 30 min drive from Alicante airport and 5 min from the sea. You have access to the complete house and all spaces. The house is surrounded by a fence and can only be entered by a gate. This gate can be opened with a code, as well as the backdoor, so you don’t have to carry around the keys at all time and you cannot lock yourself out. The community garden with pool is reachable via a pedestrian gate at the back. The swimming pool is mostly quiet. Using the community garden and pool is done with respect to the other inhabitants. The kitchen is fully equiped with all comfort: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, mixer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, combi-oven-microwave, induction stove, cooker hood, pots and pans, boils, nicer dicer vegetable cutter, kitchenware and tableware, cake pan, … in short everything you need in the kitchen.
