Luxury modern ground floor spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on a secure gated complex in Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain. The apartment has a ground floor entrance from the road, but has an elevated position from the terrace, which overlooks the main pool and the gardens, with direct access to these from the garage underneath the apartment. The apartment is situated near the sea, between the golf courses of Cabopino and Santa Maria on the attractive development of La Reserva de Marbella(Phase 1). It is not part of the large Phase II development further in land. This area of the Spain is also known as the Costa del Golf, as there are some fifty courses on the Costa del Sol. The apartment can accommodate four people and is fully furnished with good quality furniture and fittings in a traditional Spanish style with marble floors throughout. A BBQ is provided for al fresco dining. Also can be provided are beach towels at a rate of five euros per holiday per guest. Our townhouse, is a very spacious and practical house with lots of advantages; It's only a 10 min drive to Marbella and Fuengirola, it's walking distance from lovely beaches, a beautiful golf course and an award winning marina with excellent restaurants and views of luxureous yachts. Besides that, it comes with a grand roof terrace with sunbeds, lounge seats, a dining set with a barbecue and also here free Wifi. So both in summer and winter this is the place to make the most of Costa del Sol's lovely sunny weather. The views from here are amazing and if you're lucky, you'll be able to see Gibraltar and the African coast. The house features a semi open kitchen and an open plan dining and living room (with smart TV with international channels). The living room is connected to a large covered terrace by sliding doors. The two double rooms upstairs both have ensuites. The two double rooms downstairs share a luxureous bathroom. One of these rooms has a TV as well. All rooms come with large fitted wardrobes.
