The villa has been refurbished and decorated to a very high standard, with modern and trendy artwork and fittings, and many featured extras. It is bright, spacious, and equipped with all the mod cons you may seek on your family holiday. Situated on the Paraíso Hill overlooking the golf course, 15 minutes from Marbella and 10 from Puerto Banús, Villa Feliz enjoys views phenomenal sea, golf, and mountain views. From the entrance hallway (with guest toilet), you find the Living Room with a dining table, large sofa, Fireplace, TV, and access out to the large main terrace as well as a second terrace that has a small table and chairs.
