In a few minutes you can reach all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies ... etc. On 168sqm fully equipped living space and a 1100sqm plot you will find everything you could want on vacation. The 9m by 3m heated private pool is exclusively available to you. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms (each about 25sqm), each with a 1.8m on 2m comfortable box spring bed. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The spacious salon is divided into a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a dining table and 4 comfortable chairs as well as a cozy seating area that invites you to relax and watch TV. With the high-speed WiFi that works throughout the house, you can easily surf the net anywhere and watch Netflix and You Tube on the internet-enabled TV.
