The house is situated on an enclosed plot of 790m2 with a 4x8m swimming pool with roman steps, outdoor shower and a small children's pool. The house consists of two floors, on the ground floor is the lounge/dining room with TV/SAT and TDT and has access to the covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The open plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a bathroom with shower and WC and a storage room with washing machine. The interior staircase leads to the upper floor which has 3 double bedrooms with single beds, two of them overlooking the pool and the sea. There is a bathroom with shower and WC and another one with WC only and with exit to a sunny terrace with views to the mountain of Denia. The house is equipped with air conditioning hot/cold (see price list). The owner is very grateful, if you do not smoke inside the house. There is parking on the plot. Pets are not allowed. Dear guests, this holiday home has been newly renovated. enjoy a dream house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as 2 guest bathrooms, new kitchen, large living room, outdoor area with large illuminated (not heated) pool with beach entrance, large relaxation area with 160x 300 cm sunbathing area (beach picture on the wall), 2 jacuzzis (warm and in the pool), cave with waterfall, barbacoa, fireplace, parking for up to 3 cars, internet, mosquito nets and air conditioning (hot/cold and underfloor heating). The villa is 500m from the sandy beach, supermarkets and restaurants. We also have a new water filter for drinking water. Large terrace with a sunny mountain view. It is only 450 m from the sandy beach. At the bottom of the house, you enter the large, sunny living room with open kitchen and cooking island through the entrance. To the right of the flight is the kitchen which is well equipped with a new induction hob on the island, a miele dishwasher, washing machine, LARGE BOSCH fridge freezer, microwave and small appliances. It is located very close to the famous restaurant 'Quique Dacosta' with three Michelin stars. Walking from our house there is a supermarket and several restaurants. The best thing about our house is that it is very quiet and only 4 minutes from a sandy beach of many kilometers and at the same time it is also close to Denia. Our house has 220 square meters on one floor. It has 5 bedrooms, one of them very large with a double bed, the other three with two beds and the last one with a trundle bed. It also has another laundry room and two spacious bathrooms. We have just renovated the living room so it is brand new including the furniture.
