The estate of La Cirera is located 1 Km from Sant Boi de Lluçanès. It is an independent house for full rental, the nearest garden (which is not fenced) is only for you, the rest of the large garden and pool are shared with another house that is on the same farm where our house is also located. The houses are quite separate, each with its own privacy. It is surrounded by fields where cows or horses often graze, as well as woods where you can go for a walk or pick mushrooms. A maximum of two dogs are allowed, but they are not allowed on the sofa or on the beds. In no case they can be without supervision of their owner neither inside the house nor in the common areas. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the pool area. It is forbidden to bring glass bowls or plates to the pool and other lawn areas....

Cal Son is a house located within the urban area of the village of Alpens, right in front of a small square, only fifty meters away from the church in Plaza Mayor . The house was built in 1771, according to the typical village house typology. On its north side, it borders with the old nun’s orchard, currently turned into a private garden. This residence was bought by the current owner’s grandmother in 1961 and it has remained till today as the place where the family enjoys the place, the village and its people. The building is facing west, and consists of ground floor, first floor, second floor and an attic below a gabled roof. The main facade faces the street, the rear facade opens to the old courtyard of Ca 7les Monges, and its northern part communicates with the outside only through a small window in the attic. In 1997, the house was completely renovated and refurbished, and in 2010 we installed the heating and an elevator connecting the ground floor with the first floor. It is a house for 14+2 persons with a beautiful garden and pool area. With the blooming fields and the Pyrenees in the distance as only neighbor, you feel so relaxed, and still, only 750 meters away, in the other end of the tiny village, you find a lively country style Catalan restaurant, where farmers, workers and bypassing people enjoy an inexpensive lunch menu with a selection of typical Catalan dishes, which leave nobody hungry. The other benefit of being connected to the village is the multi court for football, basketball and handball, where the active part of the group can spend endless hours, before taking a dip in the swimming pool to refresh.
