Goertz und Partner offers this beautiful house for tourist rental. The property is located in the urbanization of "Mas Busca" 3 km from Roses and its beaches. The house has been completely renovated. The house has a terrace from which you access the house. Upon entering there is a small living room with a television and a sofa. Continuing, there is a dining area from which you can go out to the rear terrace where you will find a barbecue. The American kitchen is very well equipped and has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other appliances. We have a total of three bedrooms, which each have a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom has an Italian shower and we have a separate toilet. The house is equipped with air conditioners, one in the dining room, another two in two bedrooms. A dream holiday with your family in this charming villa with private swimming pool. In the main house there is a living-dining room with access to the terrace where you can enjoy the best views of the Bay of Roses. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for the comfort of your holidays, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils (coffee maker, toaster, kettle,...) On the same floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one of them with a bed of 1,80x2m and the other of 1,60x1,90m, one is en suite with private bathroom and shower. There is another bathroom with shower in front of the bedrooms. Going out to the terrace via external stairs we go down to the independent studio with a double bedroom with a bed of 1,50x1,90m and a small loft of approximately 1,5m high ideal for a not very tall teenager and with a bed of 1,20x2m. The studio does NOT have air conditioning, but there are fans available. It has air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and in the living room, but you should know that the rental price includes about 15kw of daily consumption, in case of exceeding it will be charged the extra kw at current market price that the amount of kw / h will be indicated in the rental contract. We remind you that the air conditioners usually cool the room immediately if all the openings are closed so it is not necessary to leave it running if...
