The villa is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walking to the Natural Park of Montgrí and at the same time only 13 minutes walking to the beach of Riells. The Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, leisure facilities, supermarkets, water activities, etc. The house has two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room with access to the terrace, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with two double beds each, and a bathroom with shower. There is also a swimming pool area, equipped with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe.
