Access to the house is via an entrance in a dead-end street or through the car access on the other side. The house itself is located a few steps up. The outdoor area consists of palm trees and various plants, and two terraces, one of them covered. The kidney-shaped pool has Roman steps and an outdoor shower. The house is distributed into a living-dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning (cold), an equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and two refrigerators, one with a freezer. From the living room, 5 steps lead to a hallway that opens to the following rooms: a bathroom, a bedroom with a French bed, a bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom, a third double bedroom with a bathroom with a jacuzzi, and access to the covered terrace next to the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning (see price list). The living room also provides access to the back where there is a patio with a barbecue and garden furniture. And on the lower part of the house, accessed via an external staircase, there is a studio with a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom.
