Villa Diani is a house located in the central area of Binibeca and recently renovated, it is in a very good situation although it does not have a view of the sea, it has a very nice and fresh garden area to be under the shade of the trees. It is only about 500m approx. from the white sand beach of Binibeca and near the Cala Torret area where you can find a variety of restaurants as well as bars, supermarket and bakery. The famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell is approx. one km, where you can walk. Villa Diani has 4 double bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, and two with two single beds each. We fitted a brand new kitchen and new sofas in 2020. The villa has a lovely, simple and traditional style, with good facilities and WiFi is included. With a private pool, a lovely open plan kitchen, dining room and living room - it is the perfect place for your holiday. There is a pool fence which can be put up at your request for a 50 euro fee - perfect for child safety. There is also a fantastic covered outdoor terrace with a BBQ for entertaining, and the en-suite master bedroom has beams on the vaulted ceiling, with a sitting area and french doors out onto the patio. It caters very well for family breaks, as well as quieter breaks for smaller numbers.
