The house is in one of the quieter parts of the resort but is still only 10 minutes walk to the 5 Star hotel, spa and golf clubhouse with it's pub and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the super new on site supermarket and 10 minutes to the offsite boulevard area where there are very many more lovely bars and restaurants. It is the perfect base whether you are travelling as a family for an annual holiday or as a couple looking to get away from it all for a while. We have holidayed here with our young grandchildren and they love it. The beaches are pristine and perfect for kids, the sea water in the Mar Menor lagoon is clean and warm and the beaches are really fantastic. On the resort, all of the communal swimming areas have both adult and child pools. The house is fully airconditioned and centrally heated.
