This new and modern family villa is located in the small village of Roda just minutes from Roda golf resort and the town of Los Alcazares. Mar Menor is a gated community with 24 hour security and many amenities, including a Spar grocery store within walking distance of the villa. The resort has a great 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course with its own driving range, buggy hire, pro shop and spike bar. There are also a variety of lovely alternative golf courses in the area. There is a community swimming pool with a life guard, baby pool, toilets and a licensed restaurant and bar. Guests also have use of several other very nice pools at the apartment blocks within walking distance of the villa. The hotel on the resort also has a spa. Mar Menor has jogging trails with workout equipment, as well as paddleball courts for rent just around the corner from the villa.
