It is a villa with a 932m2 plot and 326m2 built, on the shore of the Mar Menor, with a large and beautiful garden with a private pool. Modern, comfortable, spacious and bright, the interior of the house is distributed over two floors, on the main floor there is a large double bedroom, with access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom, a toilet, the fully equipped and independent kitchen, a huge living-dining room with windows overlooking the Mar Menor and a living room, both the bedroom, the living room and the living room have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
