It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private heated pool, air conditioning and fibre internet Upon entering Casa La Vista you walk into the lounge area which has a large LED TV with plenty of TV channels to choose from for almost any nationality, including some favourites from the UK like BBC, ITV, SKY, SKY Sports & SKY Movies. The lounge has comfy seating for 6 people and has patio doors leading to the main terrace and pool area. Off the lounge is the third bedroom which has been set up as a single room, but has a trundle bed, so it is possible to sleep 2 children, but we wouldn’t recommend it for adults. It is a three-minute walk from the promenade, an ideal place for jogging, cycling or simply strolling while enjoying the sea. A fifteen-minute walk is the Marina Rubicón marina, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, nightlife, etc. Near the house there are two supermarkets (a SuperDino and an Overseas-Iceland), a cafeteria and a bus stop with a good combination for the town.
