It is a three-minute walk from the promenade, an ideal place for jogging, cycling or simply strolling while enjoying the sea. A fifteen-minute walk is the Marina Rubicón marina, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, nightlife, etc. Near the house there are two supermarkets (a SuperDino and an Overseas-Iceland), a cafeteria and a bus stop with a good combination for the town.
