A warm welcome to our wonderful, newly renovated apartment in Marina de la Alcaidesa, just 5 minutes on foot from the ocean. The apartment has fantastic views of the Rock of Gibraltar and the Mediterranean sea, a large sunny terrace, 2 bedrooms with one bathroom each, completely new and modern furniture, safe, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi, 24 h security, underground parking with lift and the closest pool is just 20 meters away. Relax by one of the 4 pools or down by the beautiful, pristine beach (blue flag) which never gets crowded. There are 2 golf courses within walking distance, one of which is southern Spain's only links course. Several other well-known golf courses, such as Valderrama and San Roque Club can be reached within 15-20 min. by car. Alcaidesa's location on a gentle slope towards the ocean is absolutely beautiful, surrounded on two sides by national parks, mountains towards the inland and a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean sea.
