The villa is located in the beautiful Sierrezuela area, 4 km from Fuengirola beach. The villa has just been renovated to a high standard in Scandinavian style. There is a large nice living room with modern fully equipped open kitchen. From here you have a fantastic view of the terrace, the pool, Fuengirola and the Mediterranean. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms are on the ground floor. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are on the 1st floor. (2 of the bedrooms have single beds, which of course can be put together as double beds. 1 bedroom has a double bed). All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have fitted wardrobes. In the urbanisation of Los Claveles which is under a 10 minute walk into town, where there are many bars, restaurants and shops as well as the beach which means a car is not necessary. There is also a pub, Indian restaurant and a bar all within a 2 minute walk. We are also very close to Olivias (the famous restaurant from TOWIE) which is a popular place to visit with live music and dancing, this is less than 10 minutes walk away. Our villa has beautiful gardens with plenty of space to sunbathe and a pool to swim in. You can relax in the many outdoor seating areas. It has a lovely cool covered terrace with a dining table. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace with seating area, sunbeds and an amazing sea view. You will also find a pool table and darts board to keep you entertained during your stay. Location on the house is wonderful, has three big grocery stores within 5 mins by car and and down on the beach within 10 mins by car. The house has beds for 6 people and 2 in the guest house.
