A detached 3 bedroom , 4 bath/shower room villa situated in the desirable location of Mojacar Playa, approximately 260 meters from Las Ventanicas beach and an excellent range of bars and restaurants. It benefits from an elevated position providing some of the best sea views you will find in Mojacar. The villa has air conditioning throughout. Approaching the villa, there are two private parking spaces and an integral garage. To the front of the property is the private pool with a very large, south east facing patio wrapping around the property. There are 6 sun loungers, a table and chairs for 6 people and a gas barbecue. The pool has had a full refurbishment in February 2021. The entire patio area is enclosed with walls and railings, preventing children from wandering off. We have installed additional lighting in 2023. The exterior of the property was repainted in 2023. One of the things that sold this villa to us is the peace and quiet. Although you are only a 5 minute walk from the sea and the bars, all you can hear is the sea. We only have one neighbour who lives there permanently. For this reason we do not accept all male or all female group bookings, as the development is more suited to family groups.
