Self catering luxury five bedroom villa with large private swimming pool, Wi Fi and located on the edge of a quiet, urbanisation just ten minutes drive from the centre of Alicante, the beach. Fantastic views to Alicante and the mountains. On entering the property you are in a large lounge area with open fire and air-conditioning. The diner is to the left and then through to the fully equipped kitchen area. To the rear of the kitchen there is a laundry room and door to the rear garden area and swimming pool. To the right of the lounge is an archway leading to two double bedrooms, one with large double bed and en suite facility, The other has twin single beds and there is a toilet between the two bedrooms. All bedrooms have been fitted with ceiling fans. The stairs to the first floor are at at the rear centre of the lounge area. At the top of the stairs there area double patio doors leading onto a solarium which has fantastic views of the area and down to the sea.
