Villa Ma-Nita is located between Valencia and Alicante in the quiet Monte Pego residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac. The main floor (upper level) is accessed via an outdoor staircase and features a living-dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher, a master bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with a French bed (135 cm wide), a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bidet, and a second bathroom with toilet and bathtub. From the living and dining area, you can step onto the main terrace, which is partially covered. Here you will find a pool (8 x 4 meters, available year-round, unheated), a dining table, six chairs, six loungers, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The lower level is accessible via a separate entrance (no internal stairs) and offers a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower. German and Spanish TV channels are available. A washing machine and dryer are provided. A carport accommodates one car, and another car can be parked in front of it. You have exclusive use of the house and property. Dogs are welcome at no extra charge. Smoking and use of the fireplace are not permitted inside the house....

Villa Akire is located between the towns of Denia and Pego on the slopes of the Segaria, on the edge of a nature reserve. From the terrace and the living room you have a beautiful view of the Segaria and the coast. The distance to the beach is about 10 km and to Denia (city center) about 17 km. On the property there is a parking space for 2-3 cars directly at the house. The house has a spacious kitchen with: cooking island (ceramic hob, extractor hood), oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Washing machine and dryer. Kitchen, outdoor kitchen, the central dining area, the terrace and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on one level. The living room is 2 steps lower. Satellite TV and Wifi are just as much features as a large dining table for 6-8 people in the house as well as a dining table on the terrace. The pool is about 9 m x 3.5 m (up to 4.20 m). 6 sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available.
